Discussions, Decisions and Implementation – The responsibilities of every Executive Member
(1) Often big doors swing on small hinges, never underestimate the ability of a good, smart, articulity young person to shift your policy debate. Listen to all as a Teacher, some time a foolish answer by a Junior Resident or Intern may give clue with correct diagnosis or better management.
Never underestimate this human mind; the youngest may prove better then many to give correct direction to the Association or Company.
Appreciate and Value to Suggestion by your Associates and Colleagues, analyse it with sound and positive mind, some new VISION may come to enlighten every one.
Recognise your colleagues doing good job with result, do not com your Ego in the way.
(2) Five points of success for any Individiual / Surgeon
- Develop yoga as a part of your life connecting mind, body and spirit to divine pleasure.
- Self belief and self-confidence to decide your line of action and pursue with determination.
- Learn from past to prepare for better future.
- Develop strong body and mind and a way of living that promotes peace and mind strength to counter act day-to-day trials and tribulation.
- As age and time passes learn GYAN – YOGA – Knowledge showing path of strong intellectual tendencies with strong will and mind to self realization with profound spiritual awakening.
LIFE IS SHORT. NEVER REPENT AT LAST JOURNEY OF LIFE.
(3) You all are Elite of surgical fraternity with opportunity to serve Association of Surgeons of India. Do not let it go, give positive contribution to enlighten members. Develop feeling of service to GOD’S creation with faith, to CARE, LOVE and feelingof TOGETHERNESS to help who need.
Discuss seriously, differences will always be there but in the interest of Association take decisions and implement it whole-heartedly to give new VISION to the Association to give feeling of CONFIDENCE to members.
Election is a part of democracy. Decide once for all method with fair conduct and follow without prejuidices. WIN is only for one and others should accept majority’s verdict.
Election System accepted fair for years, controlled by judicial authorities year by year, still questioned shows apathy of mind of few. Let us forget and forgive to join hands and work for the welfare of the Association.
(4) Decisions taken in 2014 –
Medical University, Surgeons bank, skill centers in ASI Building, Peripheral Skill Centers, Social Security Scheme, Professional Indemnity approved by GC and GB. Few have taken shape and working and others are long-term project. International Medical Institute project is with PMO office and pursuading as a Project of International Cooperation.
Think high without personal interest and purse gradually, people will follow and goal will be achieved. Always think high, and give a shape with clear direction, success will be yours
NEW VISION FOR ASI is needed away from routine activities. You are the one with wisdom and strength to full fill common member’s aspirations.
Self-control, Patience and Wait for the Proper Opportunity – MANTRA of Success and Happiness.
