LCI an Institution of Spirituality in Humanity
Lions Clubs International is completing 100 years. It is based on three basic existence principles of Fellowship, Service and Learning with Love. The same basic principles are seen in all the religions, so can be called as World religion of Humanity. It only serve humanity on positive note to spread feeling of fellowship, which brings personal relationship and develop love to care and service to all who needs it. Most of religions have some restrictions guiding your life and inhibitions of some nature restricting your activities to compartmental way. Few are more liberal in pronunciation but reservation in actions. Religion is one, which should allow uninhibited, literal relationship among human beings and no difference among them. This is what we found and learn from Lionism. We all are one. We Serve, We meet each other with affection. We care for each other. We care for our community and Nation. We serve with our resources to help people anywhere in the world. What more you need to prove it as a Religion of World of LIONS, with thick bondage to pass it on to others to grow and bring peace and atmosphere of serenity, equality and selflessness. We are proud to be a Lion and Serving Humanity in all its odds to bring smile to strengthen commitment to Lionism and GOD, creator of World. Yes HE has created the world but WE are as a true disciple in term of LIONS, doing his desired task to serve and care his pupils.
We in more than 210 countries in all geographical part of the world, of almost all religions, come together with no religious bindings, but its basic aim to bind humanity and serve with Care and Love.
International Convention in Fukuoka (Japan) in June (24-26), 2016 will be a gathering of more than 40,000 Lion Members from all over the world representing more than 210 nations, more than the U.N.O. Have you ever heard of such a large gathering, of almost all the countries of the world and almost all religions of the world congregating for 4 days, exchanging views, make commitment of Fellowship, love and togetherness? This is World religion and temple of SERVICE and DEVOTION, which bring thousands to pay their homage to the Institutions, called on Lions Clubs International. What a great Institution and what a motto when everyone rejoices and enjoy with self contentment.
I pray GOD to bring all nations closure through the message of LCI and bring peace everywhere.
