Some remarks regarding Dr. Chintamani attitude behaviour and actions at Calcutta ASICON and Show Cause Notice served to him for which he was reprimanded but exonerated by G.B. at Hyderabad. I did not have this detail. Please add this paragraph along with documents as necessary before submitting it to disciplinary committee.
