ETHICS – A normal truthful disciplined way of life, bounded by family, society and country structure. We respect parents and follow some norms in maintaining family discipline and is ETHICS limited to the family and so on.
Similarly Educational Institution make you learn the subject and be proficient truthfully and pass EXAMINATION without other means is ETHICAL in nature and using other means is unethical.
In life every step is your examination and pass it with dignity follow the norms laid down by the society or working organization, is ETHICAL LIVING and ETHICAL WORKING. Anything away from the norms to achieve goal is unethical.
Every Business Houses Small or Big lay emphasis on its functioning on some guidelines with profits v/s taxes is an ETHICAL BUSINESS.
Other Profession including Medicine has laid down principle of doing business or service on some basic principle as in HIPPOCRATIC OATH.

WARS from SUNRISE to SUNSET – for Centuries used to be first basic ETHICAL PRINCIPLE.
No attack from back, fight with equals, no children or ladies to be targeted and Medical Care even to enemies – were few ETHICS followed. But both RAMAYAN and MAHABHARAT has many evidences of not following certain normal were condemned like RAVANA kidnapping SITA, or HANUMAN as RAM representative in Kingdom of Ravana – LANKA was captured and got his tail burnt. It is unethical and lost BATTLE. Similarly unethical practices ultimately results in overall loss in time to come used to be a lesson from these holy books.
In MAHABHARAT – DROPDI targeted and process of removing her clothe in public was not permitted but DURYODHAN in his ego wanted to punish PANDAVA and put his hand on their wife DROPDI was condemned and called UNETHICAL, ultimately lost every thing.
BATTLEFIELD of KURUKSHETRA had seen many unethical acts from both sides with riders justifying actions but necessary to balance the situation. Gita gives lessons of life to live truthfully in all circumstances.
ETHICS Is Not Law or Rule. No law or rule of a Nation can control unnatural instincts of Human behaviour, but only can punish if caught and proved. The system of PROOF and LAW is practiced in legal system of a nation but cannot control unethical behaviour of a person, which is defined differently from place to place. ETHICS and its practice is above all, based on MORALITY only. It is legal pressure above all, pressure of Family, Society and Professionals check irresponsible, harmful and characterless actions of shame (Ethical guide laid down by the Society/Organization). This pressure is more effective then any law of the nation – if Administration is corrupt.
CORRUPTION AND UNETHICAL ACTS RUN TOGETHER.
GOODNESS IN ACTION MODE IS ETHICS. It is a measurement of health in a rowdy society to act for the goodness and happiness of the people to live harmoniously. INTEGRITY is an essential part of ETHICS to be loyal to people and his welfare and controlled actions under boundaries laid down by society.
RESPECT is another important aspect of ETHICS. Younger or older rich or poor, all needs respect and adhere to this basic principle. Servant or Employees have their own respect to be honoured by Employer – a Code of ETHICS.
ETHICS sometime is relative also. An action in private is accepted but unethical in public, whether drinking or show of physical actions. Similarly personal actions do come in the preview of ETHICS, and become illegal if crosses its boundary.
EMOTIONS – is integral part of HUMAN BEHAVIOUR. Enjoy it but not at the cost of others. It becomes unethical and later illegal.
SPIRITUAL HEALTH – Religion of any type guide you to the almighty GOD or Nature who runs our life. Make it strong to enjoy pleasure of life away from many allurements around us.
ATTITUDE – of positive vibes helps individual to act to help others and work within the system maintains ETHICS and gives satisfaction and happiness to all. It is a natural way of behaviour, which is spoiled as we grow in spoiled surrounding. Do not let this positive attitude elude you with the passage of time and enjoy ever peace of mind and this beautiful world.
COMPETITION – of healthy nature brings good relationship among the group, which benefits both the patients and customer. It improves quality of skill to do well ,gradually best and better. Let the quality compete then MONEY.
FAMILY DISINTEGRATION – in India is one aspect of compromising ETHICS, as no pressure from senior members and lack of guidance.
TEACHERS – TAUGHT RELATIONSHIP is loosing string. To whom to blame? Teachers are always an idol for a student and follows his teaching and actions. Presently personal relationship is a past thing and ways of thoughts have changed. ETHICS are transferred from one generation of teachers to others only on personal level of closeness.
EGO – hurts every one. You do not become big by position or money but by your HUMBLENESS towards others specially – COLLEAGUES and PATIENTS. It takes us away from humility and destroys over basic human perception and loss of ethical behaviour.
ECOLOGICAL INTEGRITY AND ETHICS
HUMAN CELL – is a classical example of dedicated, disciplined working with his each components systematically following all metabolic actions / rules to keep body healthy. One component if gets metabolic trauma and function affected, other parts take over and keep cell healthy. It is a science of cooperation and follows a line of action to preserve normal function of a cell. This is ETHICAL – FUNCTION. Any line of action away from its designed path is UNETHICAL.
On Earth lives all types of animals and plants with different organism and species, maintain Natural Ecological equilibrium and survive. It maintains ENVIRONMENT with coordinated weather and ecology suitable for existence of all. Every living creature follows certain norms can be called as ethical norms of survival.
World is struggling with high emission of CO2 in environment. It is changing climate and harming Human existence. WHY? Because we did not follow basic rule of existence to live and let other live being self cantered. This is unethical. No LAW of any nation can prevent it but non-contentious agreement to control action, which harms environment.
ETHICS is not law or rule. It is GOODNESS not bound by definition. It is normal intelligence free flowing, but has intrinsic wisdom of control and check self-action.
ETHICS is a soul of Human life for every ones survival. It is a guideline to behave under a framework to let every one has equal right to survive with happiness.
