A Surgeon is a creator with his hands, dipped in wisdom of knowledge with purity of soul to give almost perfection to a body created by almighty. This takes long many years of hard work and facing stiff competition to get admission in a Medical College and completing the primary degree of MBBS, “first step in his venture to become a Surgeon”. At this stage his colleagues in other courses are already in job. Graduation make you learn to work hard, study systematically and total atmosphere in wards and operation theatres make you excited towards surgical discipline and dream to become a ‘Surgeon’.
Again, hard work to get admission in post-graduate course with stiff competition. Who else in other profession has to face so many tough competitions one after other before starting your goal of life? Every one in other profession faces one stiff competition and once gets in, start of his career to fullfil his desire to achieve his goal by the age of 25 years. While a Surgeon gets into the M.S. Course of 3 to 4 years and again another 2 to 3 years for super speciality courses. Career has taken a positive turn, but illusion of Super speciality make you worry further to enlarge your scope and knowledge and get into a desired course to see crossing 33 to 34 years of age. This total period is a magical period of hard work, honesty, dedication, devotion, so called TAPASYA, to get reward from GOD, to serve public. TAPASYA makes you, from a perfect person to a SURGEON of maturity, purity and clarity. You are different. Your actions, your every word and your GOLDEN TOUCH Of HAND, console a patient of confidence and surety to get relief. You generate positive energy that translates patient’s body physiology and anatomy into a cellular energy to regenerate tissue to give new life. More you work, more proficient you become. Patients adore you and ready to accept you as his master next to GOD. Can anyone in any other profession come even closure to this status? NO. Respect is commanded which you do, while others may get because of their position and public status but for a limited time. Surgeon puts an example in society of cooperation, help, devotion, and live for others to bring smile on their faces. It is not time bound but ever and even more with passage of time. You are true disciple of GOD and he makes you work to relieve pain of a patient to give new life. Who else can do it? It is you and you only. You are serving society and getting name, fame and money. The same continues until the sequence gets changed and MONEY over MIND starts working compromising on Ethics.
ETHICS is a big subject but utmost important to enjoy life. It is society’s guideline to work, let others work and live happily to enjoy various aspects of life in this world. Respect it, enjoy it and appreciate to be self-contented.
Let us go deep into body science and spiritualism, which are engraved as a foot print (Genetic Code) in your cell, destined to be a SURGEON. Genetic imprint governs the situation giving strength at every step to success. Soul is a dynamic system gets changed through genetic imprints following different experiences and situation leading to changes in a life of a Surgeon. Beautiful Melody touches our soul to happiness but turmoil with bad values inhibits positivity with pain and sorrow. Surgeons has to have positive mind to give a molecular mechanism of controlling the Body Circadian rhythm, necessary to deliver positive action related to patients.
This years (2017) Nobel Prize winner in Medicine – Michael Rosbash, – Jaffery C. Hall – Michael W. Young has given a hypothesis of
“Gene controls the time rhythm of a living organism in daily life. It is inherent quality of human gene to change its character or rhythm with the time and changing axis of the universe. We have no control. Its understanding composes our action. Somehow the body rhythm of a Surgeon is tuned to follow a discipline rhythm enhancing his potential.”
Surgeon makes his destiny but inherent genetic imprints are influenced by outer atmosphere, solar system, actions, mind situations and attitude. It is all in your hand. Make it good or destroy it. Life makes you learn many lessons. Introspection improves behaviour and make path easy to ride with success and happiness.
Surgeon’s life is more stressful as he is Surgeon 24 hours. Every moment is for others and even holidays take toll because of Mobile. It has taken life away from him. He never comes in his own true life to smile but pretence to be so. Competition increases stress beating the quality of life, become edgy and short tampered, with loss of social grace.
Consciousness as Guide – Life is a Journey to the infinite. You go for it and ends somewhere may not be desirable but destined. Think about life beyond Surgery and enjoy beautiful world with your family and your own people. It improves performance and gives self-satisfaction. Balance of life is what is needed to enlighten yourself and better counter actions to grace your personality.
Faith – Divine connect brings courage and clarity of path and thought with better performance with truth. He empowers you with FAITH to grow inner power of courage to face world. FAITH in yourself, make you more matured for correct decisions. Faith is not illusion but your strength. It grows with every inspiring action of yours and feels different from others. You are standing high and above all with glory of fame.
Money and fame always leads to big problems of EGO. As you grow as a Surgeon, people adore you and worship you. Most of you become its victim, which has no bounds but infinite. Many with more fame and money are still behave normally because of their strong WILL and flourish. Difference between EGO and WILL is – Ego is blind while Will has Vision. Will is a pure self while Ego is a false sense of identity, self-image with stubbornness, selfishness and unwilling to compromise. Do not let EGO run long distance as his own actions hurt it. Will is selfless service of quality, compromising on relations and prejudices to take everyone together to reach greater height way ahead of others. It is spring of purity with happiness in cool air.
Surgeon colleagues are victims of competition to prove themselves. Every one is a great Surgeons but who defines it? Your qualities of hand vision, endurance and tolerance will not let you empower EGO but strong will to save grace of the profession. Collusion of Egos kills everyone. No one is winner. Let Ego join hands with WILL of reality, will change the Personality and Vision to see light of truth to enjoy life, that what matters. Make WILL as your tool to fight odds without harming others with intelligence and power of discrimination.
