Women are full of strength and devoted to the subject concerned. Goddess Durga for SHAKTI (Power), Saraswati for Knowledge and Wisdom and Laxmi for money and wealth are source of strength, wisdom, devotion, faith and love in a WOMEN. History has shown many kingdom ruled by Women like Rani Jhansi, Ahilya Bai and others served their Kingdom with honesty, strength and devotion.

At present 4 Chief Minister of States in India are Women. Many International Organization in India and abroad are headed by Women. 6 Countries have head of the state as Women, latest in Taiwan.

Women are playing a positive and truthful role in Lions Club International. Wherever the President/Chairman is a Women, a distinct change of VIBRANT Club/Institution is visible.

It needs motivation, encouragement and healthy atmosphere to promote Women Lion’s Members to show their capabilities and come forward. It will show equality improvement and excel in all fields of services.
