A Leap forward of Faith is the desired goal of any society together for the common cause and act to benefit everyone. It is not so easy. Takes long time of dedication with clear thinking towards the betterment of its associates with positive result. Years of such continuous actions only makes hope and then a leap forward to a better destination with faith and a glorious future.
Governing Council Members are a bunch of devoted and dedicated Surgeons of high caliber, glowing people life and a symbol of faith reposed by smiling patients. Who else in society has that much respect and so a distinct group from the rest. Each one of you are a symbol of integrity and purity of Mind. But collectively sometimes a clash of ego. Natural but unwanted. God has given three to six years of this precious schooling in Association of Surgeons of India as Executive Member, to live together and share views to impact positive in the working of ASI with desired results and message to members of faith and confidence in the association. Two meetings of E.C. are the symbol of united wisdom of Surgeons .You have a long period of three to six years to devote it diligently and intelligently to understand various aspects of the ASI functioning. Talk to your EC Colleagues and ASI officials and feel its PULSE. It brings more maturity regarding ASI affairs and collective efforts will make it a vibrating Institution. Let us write few suggestions whatever comes in your mind on a paper and send it to the office. You and your colleague do not know where some miraculous thought can become a shining actions of changing life of members in general. You value yourself and members will value you.

Resentment and Blame Game to responsibility (Recently concluded Parliamentary Election). Lessons to Learn for everyone.

World has seen how the greatest and largest Democracy can survives with glory in Electing a Government unblemished in a reasonable and quite fashion. India is maturing and giving lessons of peaceful election electronically with average participation of over 70% is a sign of rising power of people.
Rage of rhetoric of blames and abuses had crossed some limit never seen before. Personal attacks and high promises of cash money to make people vulnerable to loose vision to fight life and become dependent and not work to make a nation of privileged and suppressed people, cannot survive for long. Can all parties not make a common programme to up lift poverty, and then fight election on development and party ideology? The time will force the parties to make people strong by providing the basic needs at agriculture and other level to let people work hard and get sufficient with PRIDE and live with dignity. Both Victors and Vanquished should work together to usher in an ethos that benefits the refined and inclusive culture that we have inherited.
India dominated spiritually all over the world and now with growing economy leading as one of the great crucibles of wisdom in the world. It is time for people to rise above any political affiliation with sole thinking of developing India in all fields to stand close to developed nations. We have all the fundamentals necessary for the same but infighting and rhetoric to pull others to show dust. In Election like sport at the end one is only going to win. For next game get ready with introspection and positive attitude. This spirit is necessary among our politicians to seek people blessings and advance to take actions benefitting the country Lord Krishna message to fight battle sincerely and Judiciously (WIN or LOOSE are two results) without worrying for result and not loosing ones inclusive vision. All in Election game has one common goal of PEOPLE WELFARE, may be by different processes but same result, so fight for the process and not the goal. Winner should conduct themselves with humility and the looser should accept the verdict gracefully without abandoning their commitment to work for national betterment.
Gandhiji said – evolution of democracy is not possible if we are not prepared to listen the other side. It is time to listen without turning reactive. Looser has to leave her inner outrageous feeling to be graceful and be part of National pride to take everyone together. Rage and resentment are poisonous that you drink, expecting someone else to die.
Be good, be quite and visionary and move from rhetoric to responsibility.
