Kanyakubj Vidhya Pracharini Sabha was established by our elders prominently among them Shri Purushottamji Awasthi (First President), Col. Madhoprasad Dubey (First Secretary), Shri Khyaliram Dwivedi and Shri Surendralal Dubey in 1914, with the aim of promoting the importance of education to everyone specially girls and provides facilities from primary education to higher education in time to come. With limited resources started, primary school, girls part time classes, vocational courses, and gradually developed higher secondary school giving education to poor and lower middle class student on very minimal fees.
In 1986 Shri Vishnu Prasad Shukla took our as President of the Kanyakubj Vidhya Pracharini Sabha and dreamed of establishing higher educational centres and formed a new trust as Kanyakubj Shekshnik and Parmarthik Nayasa. With the help of few prominent persons of Samaj purchased land of 98000sqft from I.D.A. in Vijay Nagar Scheme 54. Shri Gauri Shankar Mishra donated his house and many more donations helped in purchasing this land with the efforts of Shri Vishnu Prasad Shukla. In 2004 Construction of present building started to accommodate various higher education courses with the help of large donation from Justice Asharam Tiwari Trust and many more prominent luminaries from Samaj. This building is having about 60000 sqft constructed area in three floors.
In 2008 Trust declared to start a higher secondary school to give quality teaching to Middle and Higher Middle class population affiliated to CBSE Courses and to start part time M.B.A. courses. Higher Secondary School building construction will start soon.
In 2010, Managing Committee decided to start Professional Courses and gave the responsibility to Dr. Satish Shukla, Retired Professor and HOD Surgery, M.G.M. Medical College, Indore. He planned to start first Nursing College, as two Hospitals belongs to two members of the trust Dr. Satish Shukla and Dr. Ashok Bajpai, both prominent Doctor and Retired as HOD Surgery and HOD Medicine-Dean, M.G.M. Medical College, Indore respectively. The college building is complete and equipped to give high standard of education to the Nursing students as Trust believes in getting the services of good staff and equip the college and hospitals with best of the facilities for the patients care.
Rajshree Hospital is 150 bedded Multispeciality Hospital, where Dr. Ashok Bajpai is the Managing Director as well Co-Chairman of Managing Committee of Kanyakubj Nursing College, and Trustee of Kanyakubj Shekshnik and Parmarthik Trust.
Dr Satish Shukla is Managing Director of Lakshmi Memorial Hospital a 40 bedded general hospital giving needed facilities in all discipline like Medicine, Surgery, Obst. Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT, Orthopedics etc., having two O.T. and one labour room and one semi I.C.U.
Noble Hospital is a 65 bedded general hospital and giving services in all discipline of Medicine, having three O.T., one I.C.U., one pediatric ICU and Neonatal I.C.U. with all facilities.
Kanyakubj Nursing College and its associated Hospitals are committed to give high class teaching to Nursing Students and a good care to patients from Medical and Nursing points of view.
The Members of the trust and Members of the Executive body of Kanyakubj Vidhya Pracharini Sabha and Kanyakubj Shekshnik and Parmarthik Trust are a group of devoted people, committed to give best of education to the students without any commercial aspect. Aim is to provide best of the facilities to improve and enhance the image of trust devoted to Education and pay respect to society.
